Axel Bakayoko will join the FCSM in loan

FCSM agreed with Inter Milan for Axel Bakayoko's season-long loan. The 19-year-old striker, trained by the Italian club he joined in 2013, will engage after the usual medical visit.

Axel Mohamed Bakayoko was born on 6 January 1998 in Paris. Originally from Pantin, he moved to Italy in July 2013, spotted by Inter Milan in a match with Seine-Saint-Denis, as he played with the Red Star FC U15.

For four years, the offensive midfielder climbed the inter-club level and gained the reputation of an explosive, fast-paced and deep-loving player.

Axel Bakayoko made the pre-season preparation 2016/2017 with the first team of Inter Milan. The French-born Ivorian made his professional debut in the Europa League on 8 December 2016 against AC Sparta Prague in San Siro.

Last season, Bakayoko was also a key player in the Inter Milan U19s (34 games, 11 goals and 2 assists) that won the Italian championship.

Axel Bakayoko, who has as model Gervinho, must satisfy the usual medical visit before officially committing himself to a season with the FCSM.
