Omar Daf new head coach of the FCSM


After the departure of José Manuel Aira, the management of the first team of the FCSM is entrusted to Omar Daf. He will conduct his first meeting Monday at 4 pm

Omar Daf, 41, played fourteen seasons with the first Sochaux team before becoming a coach. He has been assistant to Olivier Echouafni and Albert Cartier while ensuring two interims as co-coach in 2013 and 2015.

Senegalese international 87 times and quarter-finalists of the 2002 World Cup, he appeared in the technical staff of the Lions of Teranga at the last World Cup.

Omar Daf, holder of the Professional Football Coach's Certificate (BEPF) since last May, leds the Sochaux Reserve since the summer of 2017.
